Extensions/garage conversion

Have used Mark a number of times over the years and have recommended him to friends and family. Started back in 2005 for two level extension when we stayed in Edinburgh. Then 2010 for a garage conversion in current house. Most recently 2015 for an extension. Also brother in law used Mark for a flat renovation in 2013.

Every time the work has been completed to a high standard and on budget. Have always been really impressed with Mark and the guys he employs. What's really impressive is how quickly Mark completed each job and ensures no delays between the trades.

Bungalow demolished and house construction

We recently demolished a bungalow and built our dream home. Mark worked with us through the whole project. Mark and his team were professional and reliable making the biggest project of our life enjoyable and stress free. Mark was excellent with sharing his expertise and helping us achieve a new family home and the end result is better than we imagined it would be. We have been in our new place for a few months now and have not had any issues. We would definitely use Mark again and will recommend to family and friends.

Removal of conservatory and adding extension

Mark has recently completed a job for us - removal of conservatory and replacing with an extension. To say we are delighted with the work is an understatement! Mark was totally on the ball, his work and his organising of sub contractors was first class and very professional. Nothing was a problem to him, disruption was kept to a minimum and he even completed the work quicker than we expected.
